Strategy Waiting for the end to justify the means may not be the right approach to getting right results in life; we need to design set of agenda, procedures and put in place policies that will produce required and desired results. What is then strategy? Strategy in a simple terms is your set procedures and conscious steps you are taking in order to get a particular set of results, so, it is not the song of “what will be will be” strategy itself is not the end but the means to the end. Why do we then need strategy? Is very good and great to have dreams, visions of what you want to become. Dream and vision alone will not take you to the end. Your strategy will guide and direct you on how to become and achieve your God given goals, is also an important aspect of the dream.
