Strategy Waiting for the end to justify the means may not be the right approach to getting right results in life; we need to design set of agenda, procedures and put in place policies that will produce required and desired results. What is then strategy? Strategy in a simple terms is your set procedures and conscious steps you are taking in order to get a particular set of results, so, it is not the song of “what will be will be” strategy itself is not the end but the means to the end.
