PRODUCTIVITY: THE 3 EXECUTION POWERS FOR QUICK RESULTS

Productivity is not about being busy; it is about producing meaningful results.
Many people have good ideas and plans, but the difference between those who plan and those who achieve is often execution.
To get results faster, develop these three execution powers:

1. PROMPTNESS OF EXECUTION — HOW SOON?
This is how quickly you respond and act when action is required. As the saying goes, procrastination is the thief of time. When you don't act, you don't get results; when you delay, you lose time and possibly the zeal to start.
Example: A customer sends an enquiry. Responding promptly instead of waiting until tomorrow demonstrates prompt execution.
Lesson:
When it is time to act, act.

2. SPEED OF EXECUTION — HOW FAST?
This is how quickly you complete a task without sacrificing quality.
Example: If a certain task normally takes three hours but, by eliminating distractions and adopting good strategies, you complete it properly in two hours, you have improved your speed of execution and gained one hour for other tasks. In everything you do, always seek ways to get it done within a shorter time as much as possible.
Lesson: Identify and remove unnecessary delays.

3. RATE OF EXECUTION — How much or how often?
If the task is not a one-time task, i.e., you need to repeat the task, then delaying it or procrastinating will surely rob you of the opportunity of getting more results. Therefore, don't delay the interval; get to work as much and as often as you can.
Example: If you are into the sales of products, don't market them once and wait; repeat the sales and marketing process as often as you can. Whatever it may be that needs to be done over and over, don't delay.
Lesson: Don't just stay busy. Increase your useful output.
THE SIMPLE FORMULA
PROMPTNESS = How soon?
SPEED = How fast?
RATE = How much?
When you improve all three, you don't simply work more—you produce results faster.
«Ideas create possibilities. Plans create direction. But execution creates results.»
Start. Act. Execute. Get Results.
